We provide FREE Standard Shipping WORLDWIDE on all items, regardless of the total value of your order. We send all our packages by registered services in which you can track your parcels online till delivery and be updated on it's latest location and status.
PLEASE NOTE: Our print needed products, such as clothing, bed sets, pillow covers (dakimakura) and ... all need about 5 to 7 workings to prepare and print! So expect us to provide you tracking number in about 10 working days after you place the orders.
WORKING DAYS: Working days are Monday to Friday. All public holidays in China are considered non-working days. Also international holidays may also effect the shipping delay, as parcels may need to go to a transit country before arriving to it's final destination.
Our standard shipping takes 20 to 45 working days since we ship the item to arrive. Please note, the delivery time may extend due Customs inspections, holidays in your country and in China and etc.
At the same time, parcels may arrive sooner than expected.
If you still have not received your item within 45 working days since we provided you the tracking number, please contact us with your order number in subject and tracking number, so we could inspect the problem and reship the item or provide you a full refund.
